Our Service Team, while you are touring Australia, is second to none. You have a direct line to the Horizon Motorhomes’ factory giving you constant back up service, no matter where you are. Imagine having a qualified motorhome manufacturer on the other end of the phone if you need them. If it is back up service you need while touring, we can Google your location, find a repairer in your location, test their ability using our trades people speaking to theirs & book an appointment. Our service technician will discuss the time required to rectify your problem and let the repairer know the required procedure.
